Dexter Plato is a London-based writer and researcher who writes about history, with a particular focus on social and cultural history.

 

With a background in historical studies from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford and the University of Bristol, he now works as a specialist for a global cultural consultancy – contributing to every stage of exhibition development from initial research to narrative and content development, through to final scripting and fabrication.

 

In addition to his full-time role, Dexter has extensive freelance experience across the cultural and charity sectors, uncovering crucial details that can support the development and successful delivery of diverse projects.​
